To submit the two-page abstract please use one of the provided templates and send it in PDF format as attachment to ofw@ait.ac.at (if the attachment is larger than 10 MB please do contact us in order to arrange the transfer of files). Please indicate whether you prefer Oral or Poster presentation.

The abstract submission will be open until 30th April2025, after which the final Workshop Program will be published. The abstracts will be reviewed as they are received, and the authors will be timely notified about the abstract acceptance. To present the accepted abstract, at least one of the authors has to be registered.

The presenters are preparing (free-style) and bringing their own presentation material (PDF or PPT format for oral, A0 paper format for poster presentations) to the allocated session. All presenters will be asked for the approval if they want their presentations to be distributed further as the OFW documentation.

Everyone wishing to participate at the Workshop has to be registered HERE. The participants can register for the Workshop without presenting, while all presenters are required to be registered.
