Registration is required for all participants wishing to attend the Workshop.
The participants may register for the Workshop without the requirement to present their work, while all presenters are required to be registered.
 

Early Ticket Fees until 31^st January 2025:

Standard Ticket : EUR 550,00

Students Ticket: EUR 300,00

Regular Ticket Fees 1^st February - 31^st May 2025:

Standard Ticket: EUR 600,00

Students Ticket: EUR 350,00

Late Ticket Fees 1^st - 30^th June 2025:

Standard Ticket: EUR 650,00

Students Ticket: EUR 400,00

Both Standard and Students Tickets include four-day participation at the Workshop, food and drinks served during Coffee and Lunch breaks, as well as the access to all of the Workshop material. In addition, Standard Ticket holders are also invited to the Welcome Reception.

Student Ticket holders are required to provide a valid document showing their identity as a registered student.

The tickets for the Socializing dinner are to be purchased separately (Price: 95 EUR).

A mandatory VAT will be added to the above fees.
